About the Role

• This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the Employment group in London.
• You will play a key role in advising commercial clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• The work is diverse and fast-paced, covering the full spectrum of employment law.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling investigations and complex employment claims
• Mentoring junior team members
• Advising clients in the financial services sector
• Addressing day-to-day employment queries and strategic projects
• Providing support on corporate transactions, business transfers, and litigation matters
• Dealing with collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE

About You

• We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer with 6+ years experience.
• Transactional experience is preferred.
• You should be proactive, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
• A strong academic background and a high level of enthusiasm are essential, as you'll be expected to hit the ground running.
