Opportunity for an experienced senior electronics engineer or senior electronics design engineer to progress into an engineering manager position!

What you will be doing:

  • Steering a skilled engineering team consisting of mechanical, hardware, electronics, software, and firmware engineers
  • Leading the innovation drive for new products and improvement of existing ones.
  • Expertly managing projects to meet ambitious goals.
  • Producing a weekly insights report for the CTO
  • Upholding the highest product quality standards.
  • Ensuring that all products meet standards for safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and hazardous materials.
  • Managing costs to ensure financial efficiency.

What you will need:

  • A technical background in electronic design/development.
  • Previous experience as a senior electronics engineer, senior electronics design engineer role, or an engineering manager role, including leading a team of engineers.

What you will receive:

A salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience), a potential bonus, private medical, 5% pension contribution, subsidised gym membership, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays.

The working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am-5 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am-2:00 pm. The company does also offer an element of hybrid working.
