Job Type: - Full Time (Permanent)

Are you a Electrical Estimator looking for progression? An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Estimator to work for a market leader within the Building Services and Engineering sector. The role is based close to Plymouth, Devon. The company are a market leader in their field and extremely reputable which means they can offer progression and commitment to their staff. They have a very healthy project pipeline and can offer a hybrid working arrangement. 

The role:-

The role will include normal estimating duties whilst working with an mechanical estimator, You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the electrical tender process in order to meet key deadlines and milestones. Project values will be up to 50 million.

You will be dealing with the production of cost plans and detailed tender bids, liaising and working with existing clients along with working with the business development team to secure new clients. You will need to meet clients face to face and contractors. 

Requirements for the role:-

A comprehensive technical knowledge of all aspects of electrical building service.

At least 2 years experience working as a Electrical Estimator working on large commercial projects. 

An understanding of commercial matters to ensure tenders and bids are compliant and financially sound.
