It’s a great time to be joining this firm. They’ve just moved to state of the art new offices in the City. Their international network has been growing steadily over recent years and they’ve got a lot of interesting projects underway including systems upgrades.

They’ve got a great team too. Low staff turnover and supportive management who want to deliver a great service to the firm.

In this role, you’d have oversight of all aspects of the eBilling function, from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and management of the inbox.

Given the technical nature of the role, a solid background within eBilling within the legal sector is essential to be considered, with a good knowledge of eBilling systems, onboarding and key vendors.
