Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on downstream corporate commercial matters. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to advance your career within one of the region's most respected organisations, which also holds a significant presence within the global market.

The successful candidate will possess a substantial track record working within the oil and gas industry as a corporate commercial Lawyer, with experience handling fuel administration, chemical administration, power systems administration and pipeline administration.

Candidates will ideally have a minimum of five years of experience gained from multinational corporations, in-house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience sitting as a corporate secretary on the board of a multinational company would be very appealing, but not essential.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package.

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.
