About the Company

A leading professional services firm are hiring a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager on a contract basis to lead on strategy and programming.

About the Role

This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to build upon the D&I initiatives in place. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving forward the marketing and communications
  • Managing and building networks both internally and externally
  • Partnering with key internal stakeholders to develop new programs

Job Requirements

You will have previous diversity and inclusion experience within a professional or financial services environment and have operated at a senior level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and lead in a client facing role. You will have strong project management skills and have the demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
