Position: Senior Digital Marketing Executive - E-commerce

Location: Close distance to Southampton City Centre

Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: £25,000-£30,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
• Manage budgets effectively and track key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• SAAS platforms, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo
• D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) experience
• eCRM & SMS
• Proven experience in marketing management within the retail/e-commerce sector (2/3 years)
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
