Senior Decision Analyst

The company:

Join a fintech company that is heavily investing in their data function, expanding the division and offering lots of resources and room for growth.


The role:

  • Creating accurate triggers to reach customers at the right time, informed by data
  • Analyse Customer Lifetime Value and segmentation
  • Increase email outreach as well as push notifications
  • Run a/b tests to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Make data-driven recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Use python to amend/build predictive models


Your skills:

  • SQL
  • Python or R
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with providing actionable and data driven insights
  • Proven impact from provided insights
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
