Senior Data and Analytics Lead

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working 

Salary: up to £70,000, plus excellent benefits package

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Data and Analytics Lead to join our busy Digitalisation & IT team.  In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of Business Intelligence Developers, ensuring they have fully understood business requirements and can deliver quality output that meets the brief.  You will have the expertise to understand business problem statements, and using relevant data to investigate and test solutions, be able to articulate outcomes for senior leadership to help inform strategic decisions. 

Experience in using advanced analytics to aid in strategic decision making is a must, and previous use of Power BI will prove beneficial.  

  • Understand business needs – liaising with stakeholders throughout the business to understand problem statements. 
  • Lead and coach – managing and leading a team of Business Intelligence Developers, helping us utilise the positive impact Power BI can have throughout the business. 
  • Solutions focussed – able to identify and test the data sources that will provide our business with the information they need to make informed decisions. 
  • Strategic outcomes - able to confidently communicate the evidence provided by advanced data analytics, to assist stakeholders in strategic decision making.
