Eames is working with a Lloyd's syndicate on the appointment of a Senior Customer Officer for their London office.

The individual will be working closely with the Customer Oversight Lead and the Customer Oversight Manager conducting Fair Value Assessments, providing regulatory input, and collaborating with a team to manage complaints.

Core Responsibilities:

·Collaborate closely with Conduct Oversight Lead to establish conduct framework for compliance with FCA, PRA, Lloyd's and overseas regulators.

·Abide to FCA and Lloyd's conduct standards, participate in committees, and present product to stakeholders.

·Provide advice on product risk rating and regulatory compliance, ensure timely assessments of product fair value, and handle complaints in line regulation.

Key Requirements:

·Background in financial services, preferable within the insurance sector and the London market.

·Proven experience of Conduct Risk and Complaints handling preferentially within Financial Services.

·Familiarity and expertise in navigating the FCA handbook and its practical implementation, with specific emphasis on ICOBS, PROD and DISP.
