Senior Credit Controller

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful business to recruit a Senior Credit Controller. Your duties will be as follows:

• Maintaining good relationships when dealing with customers and external parties
• Acting as a point of contact for all queries received by email and over the phone
• Responsible for checking contracts
• Reviewing sales invoices and importing into the finance system
• Reviewing invoices and processing claims for payment
• Assisting with the collection of debts and the reconciliation of accounts
• Liaising with the team to support them with more complex debt issues
• Assisting with other administration; checking contracts, drafting/reviewing letters
• Assisting in year-end audit queries
• Providing assistance and support to the Credit Control Manager

You will have worked as a Credit Controller previously, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be highly empathetic. Strong Word and Excel skills are essential.
