Day to day duties

  • The preparation of bills for detailed assessment by the Court/Arbitration Tribunal and schedules of costs for negotiation.
  • Preparation of accurate schedules for summary assessment
  • Preparation of detailed costs estimates for budgeting , security and specific issues
  • Attending assessment hearings, support/ challenge cost claims
  • Dealing with opponent's costs – review claims, preparation of Points of Dispute.
  • Dealing with Solicitor/Client disputes
  • Provision of general advice on costs case law and procedure.
