Senior Coordinator - 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend to 12 months - immediate start based in South West London

Global, prestigious, sporting organisation, require a Senior Coordinator who is proactive, organised and a passionate individual to support their Integrity - Legal/safe guarding department.

As the Senior Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • supporting the legal department with contract approval procedures, correspondence and document administration
  • supporting the safe guarding department with case administration
  • Recruitment of internships alongside HR
  • Administration of all organisation Foundations membership matters
  • Preparation of budgets, invoices payments and expenses
  • Purchasing of equipment and services
  • Arranging meetings in UK and overseas
  • Monitoring and responding to emails sent to departmental inboxes

The successful candidate for the role of Senior Coordinator will:

  • Have first class planning, organisation and administration skills
  • Have strong communication and time management skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated
  • Have sound IT skills

In return the Senior Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £30,000, pro rata, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Health cash plan, Free lunch, free parking, Flexible working hours.
