Senior Contract Manager - Telecoms

We are currently working in partnership with a leading tier one civil engineering company with locations across the UK. The position will involve working on an established telecoms network build contract.

Key Essentials

* Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for delivering a fast paced turnkey telecoms network build contract

* Management and delegation with subcontractors including operations, streetwork and commercial

* Responsible for planning, design, performance management and process improvement to ensure efficient project operations

* Management and reporting of KPI's with the client

* Understanding contract scope and opportunities

* Accountable for the delivery of work programmes, helping to drive delivery

* Commercial awareness

* Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients and being the main point of contact

* Risk management with clients

* Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement

* Improving client perceptions

Requirements

* Previous experience working at a senior level on telecoms network build is essential (PIA or Openreach)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to delegate at all levels across various departments

* Strong operational management skills on network builds
