An Award-Winning and bespoke Construction Consultancy are looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team in Central London.
The Senior Construction Project Manager's Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee junior Project Managers, handle various projects, and work on different types of projects.
Specifically, the Senior Construction Project Manager's responsibilities include managing a Boutique Hotel project in the City Centre and providing project monitoring services for a Mixed-Use Residential project that includes Retail and Student Accommodation with associated Infrastructure.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- RICS accredited degree
- Ideally MRICS or most of the way through APC
- Diverse build sector experience
- Client facing, proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
In Return:
