An exceptionally accomplished Construction Consultancy are presently in search of a dedicated and motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team located in Reading.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The primary responsibility of the Senior Construction Project Manager will revolve around spearheading, supervising, and actively contributing to the expansion and enhancement of the Commercial Project Management team.

The triumphant Senior Construction Project Manager will take charge of their portfolio of commercial property, defense, and security projects. Their focus will be on nurturing client connections, whether forging new ones or nurturing existing relationships, while ensuring the flawless execution of each project in accordance with their utmost capabilities and financial objectives.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering / project management related subject
• Ideally Chartered RICS, CIOB or APM
• NEC contract experience
• Extensive knowledge working in the Defence and Security Sector
• General commercial project experience
• Consultancy background
