Position: Senior Construction Planner (Tier 1 Contractor)

The company is expanding due to recent successes and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Individual to contribute to major projects upwards of £60mil within the new build life science and education sectors.

The Role:

As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects in excess of £60mil and across Life Science, Education and Commercial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to high-profile developments within East Anglia and surrounding counties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborating with project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Providing accurate and insightful analysis of project progress and performance.
• Liaising with stakeholders to communicate project milestones and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Utilising industry-leading planning software to improve project efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate:

• A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in a Senior Planner role, extensive experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard planning software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
