Senior Construction Associate
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join this law firm's highly regarded construction team based in Manchester city centre.
This leading law firm is a full-service practice that work with substantial regional and national clients. The firm offers an innovative and collaborative approach to provide practical solutions for its clients.
The team is looking to retain the best lawyers in the construction and engineering sectors to grow and develop this key area of practice.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated construction lawyer ideally with experience of non-contentious work to join as a Senior Associate/Partner and will work on a variety of work ranging from mixed use development across the spectrum of construction and engineering in the UK.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Experience in non-contentious construction law
- Ambition and aptitude improve and develop as a lawyer
- A focus and attention to detail in client care.
- Drive to market to clients including cross selling to colleagues working in diverse areas of law.
- Excellent drafting skills
- A strong sense of commerciality in your approach and advice to clients
- The ability to work within or at the head of a team
