The role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal and team management skills to manage the delivery of project-based social impact initiatives. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the development of key charity partner relationships, including identifying projects and opportunities for skills sharing - while developing innovative ways of fundraising. Your participation in internal and external specialism forums and steering groups will be key for this role, while you will also line manage a more junior employee.

Role responsibilities

  • Overall management of charity and fundraising committees across all 3 UK offices;
  • Collect, collate and report on community investment data throughout the year;
  • Work with key charity partners to enhance impact data reporting;
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to reward and recognise volunteers;
  • Identify any relevant awards and draft submissions;
  • Develop and deliver communications plan relating to the company's Foundation and charity partnerships;
  • Input to the company's Foundation Trustee meetings and provide guidance and updates to the Foundation Trustees;
  • Develop plans for a calendar of social impact initiatives and events throughout the year that raise awareness of and engagement with the company's Foundation and its charity partners;

Role Requirements

  • Passionate about Social Impact and Responsible Business
  • Experience managing a wide range of projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Proactive, 'can-do' approach, and inclusive ways of working
  • Ability to keep up to date with changing practice
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and an outcomes-focussed approach to work
