A global multi-site hospitality business are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join their commercial finance team in central London for 12 months. This is a high profile role within the business and managing a team.
This role is responsible for partnering with Property and Operations. You will provide high quality insight and analysis to support business decisions and improve strategy. Some key responsibilities include managing the long-range plan, capex budget, budget & forecast submissions, business partnering with Regional Directors to help deliver sales and the property team to provide support and recommendations. The role will work on a number of exciting projects and be responsible for carrying out pre and post appraisal reviews for all key capital investment decisions around new openings and refurbs.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with 4+ years PQE. You will have strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence challenging internal and external stakeholders. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced multi-site company with board level interaction.
