Senior Co-ordinator - Competitive Dialogue Process 

£13.88 - £17.55 per hour PAYE (Dependant on experience) 

£17.06 - £21.74 per hour LTD Umbrella (Dependant on experience) 

Full time - Ongoing temporary position

My client, a Brighton based University, are seeking a Senior Co-ordinator to have general responsibility for the co-ordination of support within the Estates Division team. You will act as a point of contact and link between external suppliers, FM Services Project team, internal departments and external consultants. 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Attending and taking detailed minutes for Facilities Management Services Project Team meetings and Procurement related meetings, particularly for the Competitive Dialogue process.
  • Arranging formal workshops and meetings with a selection of venues and arrangement of refreshments. 
  • Co-ordination of attendees for large procurement workshops. 
  • Helping to ensure that timelines and resources are identified, realistic and achievable.
  • Publicising activities, events and meetings to all relevant project team, suppliers or external consultants in an effective way.
  • Being the first point of contact to answer incoming queries in a helpful and timely way, in line with service level agreements. 
  • Creating comprehensive records and files for future reference. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Effective planning and organisational skills to organise own workload and priorities.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a small team and also on own initiative.

  • A high level of understanding or experience of a competitive dialogue process or large-scale procurement process would be preferred and give you an advantage. 

  • This role would be perfect for experienced Personal Assistants or Executive Assistants.
