Our client, a respected financial advisory firm based in Chorley, is committed to delivering bespoke financial solutions to their clients, prioritizing professionalism and client satisfaction. They are now seeking a dedicated Senior Client Services Associate to join their team.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisers, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of the client services department.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members regarding day-to-day tasks and inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive support and monitoring for the team's work tasks, deadlines, and processes.
  • Offer guidance, training, and development support to new employees and the wider team.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with financial advisers to encourage effective collaboration and communication.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for client meetings, including regulatory documents, applications, and provider literature.
  • Maintain regular communication and updates for nominated advisers, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Correspond with clients via verbal or written communication, addressing inquiries and providing updates unrelated to financial advice.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, updating adviser and client records, and completing any necessary actions.
  • Handle Letter of Authority requests, ensuring adherence to turnaround times and established processes.
  • Prepare cases for Paraplanning, liaising with relevant departments to resolve queries and ensure completion of recommendation reports.
  • Monitor and manage the business pipeline, maintaining meticulous records and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Provide dedicated client servicing support, including the maintenance of review dates and preparation of paperwork for review meetings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, possessing a strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications or certifications in financial services are advantageous.
