Senior Client Adviser

Stride are partnered with a leading family-owned insurance brokerage that is growing from strength to strength promoting internally and expanding.

Day to day of the role: 

• Full cycle policy handlingNew business, MTAs and Renewals
• Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with client and insurers on day-to-day basis
• Adhering to compliance and company policy utilising Acturis 
• Managing and broking clients with premiums upto£10,000premium

Required skills and experience: 

• 3+ years insurance account handling experience 
• Cert CII qualification or studyingtowards
• Target book size of £500,000 made up of larger cases
• Strong working knowledge of the Acturis system

• Extensive working knowledge of general Commercial Lines business and the Broking market
• A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work to deadlines and multitask in order to get required work carried out
