Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage project resources for successful outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality designs and reports in compliance with engineering standards.
• Influence development and infrastructure planning initiatives.
• Lead project teams through all stages of consultancy and design.
• Take charge of project design and coordination from inception to completion.
• Conduct thorough site investigations and resolve issues effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication on structural safety matters.
• Assist in staff recruitment, retention, and management.
• Maintain financial control of projects as a Project Manager.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
• Prepare and approve fee proposals and variations.
• Monitor and achieve team utilization targets.
• Represent the company in client meetings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D Drafting, PDS Site Developer/Civil 3D, Flow/Micro-drainage, TEDDS, and similar software.
• Chartered Membership of Institution of Civil Engineers and/or the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Salary:

• £50,000 to £55,000
