Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join an award-winning Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis in Bristol.

As the selected candidate, you will be developing exciting Highways and Drainage designs for Regional and International projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The writing of technical reports
  • Maintain and develop positive client relations
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects
  • Produce designs in accordance with relevant design standards and codes
  • Provide support to more junior staff members
  • Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision
  • Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience in Highways and Drainage
  • Previous experience using Civil 3D or Site 3D
  • A Chartered Engineer status or working towards
  • Experience working on projects within a number of sectors
  • A hands-on approach to detail design
  • Good use of Microdrainage / Infradrainage
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes and current industry standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
