Job Profile for Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor - LF268717

Our client, a multi-disciplinary surveying and town planning consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their Brentwood office.

The ideal candidate will have previously had experience in a broad range of Building Surveying duties such as dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party wall work, building surveys and more.

Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

  • Residential, Commercial and Heritage work
  • Level 3 Building Surveys predominantly but not limited to this
  • Refurbishment and Extension projects

Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

  • MRICS Status
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
  • Broad Building Surveying experience which includes surveying for residential / commercial refurbishment and extension projects.

Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £60k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
  • Car Allowance
