This job is all about open doors. About working for an organisation that opens its doors to anyone who needs support. About an open-door culture where we all have each others backs. And about opening doors to opportunity. Learning skills. Assuming responsibilities. Making a visible difference.

With experience in the sector (recent or not), you know what care means to our residents. Whether its practical support with a friendly face, acting as a key worker, taking charge of personal plans and quality audits or undertaking SVQ assessments. But its also a role for a leader, as youll allocate work, organise rotas, performance management and deliver training to staff. Youll even contribute to our quality improvement through the plan.

And, while you help us continually improve, well support you own improvement. So, while youll need care sector experience and a relevant SVQ level 3 to join us, you can soon look forward to adding to both with ongoing training and professional qualifications. This role could also just be the start, as youll be part of Scotlands largest voluntary social care charity, giving you a huge range of career paths and possibilities.

At CrossReach, we help everyone we can, whatever their circumstances. Across our 60-plus services, we have a diverse 1,600-strong team made up of school leavers, people on their second (or third) careers and seasoned care professionals like you. But were all united by a common purpose: to improve and enrich peoples lives.

Play your part and youll earn a competitive salary and rewards, including a generous pension, health benefits, paid holiday and a range of leisure discounts not to mention our support for your continued growth.

So, if youre looking for the next step in your care career, our door is open.

As we do our work in Christs name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
