Senior Campaign Manager - 12 Month Contract

Senior Campaign Manager | up to £42,750 | London | Not-For-Profit | 12 Month Maternity Cover

Gleeson Recruitment Group have exclusively partnered with a Not-For-Profit business within the Engineering sector, to recruit a Senior Campaign Manager on a 12 month contract.

Working on one of the largest campaigns for the organisation, your role will focus on driving growth the ever evolving campaign across multiple channels. This flagship campaign covers a range of channels such social, PR, email, web and aswell as community engagement. You will ensure the target audience is being effectively targeted, and key messaging is on brand and and communications is relevant.

The Role:

• Lead the evolution of the flagship campaign across multiple channels.
• Brief in, and manage media/ creative agencies to bring the campaign to life.
• Manage the campaign budget and ROI - regular reporting on campaign performance and using insights to optimise the campaign moving forward.
• Build relationships senior stakeholders across the business to maximise the campaigns impact.
• Identify new opportunities for the campaign to drive growth.
• Line management for two direct reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar Campaign Manager role, ideally for a Not-For-Profit organisation.
• Line management experience
• Experience delivering campaigns that drive change, are influential and shift perceptions for the audience.
• Strong experience of end to end campaign delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Hybrid working - you will be required in the office once or twice a week.
