Are you a Senior Buyer looking to join the UK's largest professional membership body as you facilitate all commercial, IT, facilities and government contracts? Do you want to have full autonomy over the whole business procurement needs?

On offer is the unique opportunity for a Senior Buyer to join the largest professional education membership body as they go through a huge period of growth, expansion, and digital change. Working closely with the senior management team, you will play a key role in the continued and future growth plans of the business and its overall success.

In this role, the successful Senior Buyer would play a critical role in the development of new business relations by continuing to work with existing and new key stake holder bodies, negotiating contracts, drawing up contracts and generally building good lasting partnership plans as well as having overall decision making authority in terms of costs, vendors used and the direction of the procurement department as a whole.

The ideal Senior Buyer would have excellent communications skills and excellent contract negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail. Someone who is ambitious and keen to join a company who is equally ambitious and proud of what they do.

The Role:

• Procurement, Relationship plans, contract negotiating, drafting and agreeing contract.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Liaise with key stakeholders.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar procurement role.
• Want to work 1 day a week from the office.
• Commutable to High Wycombe
