As Senior Business Analyst you will lead business analysis activity in order to support the delivery of the business change demands.

You should have:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach Business Analyst to develop their own abilities.
  • The ability to interpret complex business requirements and work with the technical team to understand how the solution can deliver against the requirements.
  • Significant stakeholder management experience.
  • Financial Services experience is essential
  • The ability to identify and effectively manage risks and issues.
