As our Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating business investigation and design phases of change initiatives. You'll serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT delivery partners, contributing to a diverse range of strategic and tactical projects across our portfolio.

Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will work closely with a virtual team of Stakeholders to facilitate the development of business change deliverables, including problem analysis, strategic roadmapping, process mapping, business requirements capture, functional modelling, testing and business readiness.

As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will extend to shaping the team's standards and guidelines while mentoring colleagues in honing their BA skills and capabilities. About you:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst and have experience of working in a project or business change environment in a fast-paced, complex setting.
  • You hold a business analysis qualification.
  • You’re able to quickly understand & evaluate business requirements and translate into logical and thorough process maps, requirements documentation, stakeholder mapping and business cases.
  • You have demonstrable experience of delivering change on multiple complex projects.
  • You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A specialism in managing change in transactional finance operations, claims management or roadside recovery would be advantageous.
  • Experience in resource management & supporting team members in their development is desirable.
