Senior Business Analyst - Client Migration
Tier 1 Global Bank requires a securities client migration business analyst for a mult-year global transformation intiative
- Senior Business Analyst (full lifecycle)
- Fund and Custody experience in Securities Services setting
- Euroclear "Fundsettle" or Clearstream Vestima product experience (ideally)
High Level Role Description
- Gather client/ internal business requirements, owning documentation production, modification and sign off
- Ensure new requirements align to product vision
- Internal stakeholder engagement to review business requirements
- Deliver as-is & to-be analysis for client migrations and work with migration pods to produce flow diagrams
- Provide input to change control & prioritisation processes for the programme
- Support test phases through defect analysis
- Support migrations by issue investigation solving for clients
- Support post implementation period, help analyse issues during warranty period
- Bring new items to design authority as required
Deliverables
- Client migration/ onboarding business requirements- obtain sign-off
- Process maps "as is" and "to be"
- Manage and maintain backlog of requirements and change requests
