An innovative Oxfordshire practice is seeking a driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.

The Senior Building Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will take on key responsibilities including managing contract administration tasks, addressing dilapidations, overseeing party wall issues, and performing acquisition surveys.

Additionally, an important aspect of this role is mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior team members within the Building Surveying team, aiding in their training and career advancement.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

  • RICS accredited with a degree in Building Surveying or (RICS) degree.
  • 3+ years' of consultancy or private practice experience.
  • Similar sector experience would be beneficial.
  • Client facing and commericially minded.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CDM regulations.
