Senior Building Surveyor

A distinguished independent civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Leeds team.

This role presents an exciting chance to contribute within a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary office environment.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a close-knit team, working alongside three other Building Surveyors.

This position provides a unique opportunity to engage with a wide array of projects, valued up to £5 million, across diverse markets including commercial, retail, healthcare, historic buildings, education, leisure, and mixed-use developments.

This role is designed as a long-term career path, offering a clear progression route to Associate level and beyond, as the Partner of this particular Building Surveying team looks to retire over the next 12 to 18 months.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or similar
• Qualified with MRICS
• Experience across a variety of sectors within the commercial consultancy environment
• A self-motivated and driven individual
