Senior Building Surveyor
A progressive practice based in Kent is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor you'll service a range of clients across the commericial, retail, industrial, office and mixed use sectors, on schemes ranging from £500k-£2M.
- Leading on contract administration duties, managing dilapidations, overseeing party wall matters, and conducting thorough acquisition surveys.
- Carrying out schedules of conditions, building surveys and writing reports.
- Playing a crucial role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and safety standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Contributing to the training and development of junior members of the Building Surveying team, fostering a supportive and educational environment.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS accredited ideally
- RICS BSc/MSc acknowledged degree, preferably in Building Surveying
- 3+ years' as a Building Surveyor within a similar consultancy/practice
- Wide service line experience both professional and project matters
- Strong communicative ability, both written and verbal
