Senior Building Surveyor

A prestigious interdisciplinary construction consultancy is eager to welcome a Senior Building Surveyor to their dynamic team located in Southwest London.

The successful Building Surveyor's Role

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be joining a consultancy, renowned for it's comprehensive expertise across a diverse portfolio, including education, retail, healthcare, and the public sector with clients such as The National Science Museum and Harrods.

The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will be instrumental in managing and delivering a variety of projects, from inception through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and specification of new structures and renovations.
• Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents.
• Overseeing contract administration.
• Lead building surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accreditation ideally (Not essential).
• Degree educated with RICS accredited qualification.
• Experience within a similar enviroment, consutlancy or private practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• JCT, NEC contract experience.
• Valid UK driving license
