Senior Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in both private and public clients, in Cambridge is currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to boast their team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

With a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, health, education, residential, and community schemes, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Building Surveyor to engage in a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

The successful Building Surveyor will handle a wide range of responsibilities across multiple sectors. You will be instrumental in delivering services, managing projects from inception through to completion, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or relative field.
• MRICS would be beneficial but not essential.
• History of working within a consultancy environment.
• Private and public sector project delivery experience ideally.
• Commericially minded and client facing demeanour.
