An independent building and project consultancy is currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dedicated team in Leeds.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering the full scope of professional services, working across a variety of markets such as heritage, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, and leisure.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you navigating through diverse and challenging projects, each offering a unique opportunity to apply and expand your expertise.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline, underpinned by a strong technical foundation.
- Is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
- Holds MRICS qualification, showcasing a commitment to professional standards and ethics.
- Shows enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a willingness to mentor junior team members.
