Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Colchester are currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. They have a strong pipeline of work from their private and public sector clients across the South-East with a majority being locally to the Essex area of which they require a competent building surveyor to assist with. This includes residential, commercial, education and heritage projects but not limited to this.

The Building Surveyor would be expected to have a wide variety of building surveying experience which would include Professional Surveying Services, Party Wall and Neighbourly disputes, Project Management, Expert Witness and more.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar
  • Ideally MRICS qualified or close
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
  • Ability to use AutoCAD desirable, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite essential.
  • Full driving license.
Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £40k - £60k (Guide only - DOE)
  • APC Support
