We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior BIM Coordinator/BIM Technician to become a vital part of a BIM team within a Specialist Consulting department. In this role, you won't just manage projects; you'll orchestrate them to perfection, ensuring every detail aligns flawlessly.

Your Mission as Senior BIM Coordinator is to lead the charge on medium to large-scale BIM projects. Your canvas will span the entire project lifecycle as you establish and meticulously manage models.

But that's just the beginning. Your influence will extend to task management, time allocation, and fostering effective communication with the Specialist Consulting teams. You'll have the chance to contribute to the evolution of a Specialist Consulting team by streamlining operational efficiencies and workflows.

What You'll Do in this Senior BIM Coordinator role:

• Deliver intricate, harmonious Revit models with precision.
• Collaborate closely with the Specialist Consulting team, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-notch BIM projects within agreed timelines.
• Become the maestro of design model maintenance.
• Skilfully manage time and resources, hitting those crucial deadlines.
• Nourish and mentor junior staff within the project BIM team.
• Tackle Revit technical puzzles with finesse.
• Provide guidance and expertise on advanced Revit techniques to your team.
• Assume the role of BIM auditor, meticulously controlling BIM models and associated drawings and schedules.
• Review project BIM BEP's, EIR's, MIDP's, and ensure they're seamlessly integrated into the design process.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, troubleshooting coordination issues.
• Champion project standards and coordination with other valued consultants.
• Dive into an array of project types, from medium to large-scale endeavours.

The Ideal Senior BIM Coordinator Candidate: You're a passionate BIM technician with a knack for consulting. You're the perfect match if you bring:

• Exceptional communication skills that bridge gaps between diverse disciplines.
• A masterful grasp of time management and organizational finesse.
• Proven experience in production and delivery.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software.
• A solid foundation in BIM processes and standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS1192-2.
• Natural leadership abilities as a team player.
• A background in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience in managing BIM Projects.
• Bonus points for experience with large-scale projects and BIM360/ACC.
• Familiarity with CDE environments.
• A proactive approach to personal learning and technical development.
• A keen interest in the potential of digital design tools and scripting to enhance efficiency.
• Awareness of Navisworks and/or Dynamo is a plus.
• Ideally, you hold an HNC, HND, BEng, or MSc in a relevant discipline.
