Senior Behavioural Data Scientist
UK - Remote
£70,000-£90,000

This AI Health-tech start-up are looking for a Behavioural Data Scientist to join their R&D team.

THE COMPANY

Data & AI are at the core of this company and they're looking to continue growing their R&D team. This global start-up work with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to help solve their business problems by using behavioural data.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Scientist for the business, you will:

  • Work solely with Behavioural data to understand patients as consumers and make sure the data engine is the best in class
  • Analyse the data and build predictive models to understand patient behaviour
  • Work with Data Engineers to put the ML models into production

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • PhD in a relevant subject
  • Several years commercial experience as a Data Scientist working with Behavioural data
  • Experience building predictive models in Python
  • Experience in the healthcare/ pharma space would be beneficial

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • £70,000-£90,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus based on individual and company performance
  • Benefits such as pension, healthcare, unlimited holidays
  • Flexible working - fully remote UK based (can't sponsor) with an office in London where the team will meet once per month. You can go to the office as often as you want but no set requirements

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • 3 stage interview process speaking with various stakeholders from the R&D team including a case study / technical assessment
