Experience required

3 years’ experience as a manager and trained within a Chartered Practice and used to dealing with organisations with turnovers of £30-£100 million.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a caseload primarily located in Milton Keynes for general practice partners throughout the firm.
• Providing control and supervision to the team.
• Handling marketing and promotion activities for the firm.

Some of the main duties:

• Conducting audits for a diverse range of corporate clients, including groups and overseas subsidiaries.
• Reporting directly to partners and coordinating with other managers as necessary.
• Planning, supervising, and reviewing audit and accounts cases, including preparing notes for partners.

Particular skills required:

• Relevant privately owned business sector audit experience.
• Up to date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing
