Senior Associate/ VP M&A - Consumer

This is a great opportunity that due to their continuing growing pipeline are recruiting at Associate and VP level in their Consumer Team

This is a key role where you will be given significant responsibility to work collaboratively with the established team and clients, to continue the growth of the business overseeing the execution of the deals and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to completion, including conducting due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advising on strategic M&A opportunities and assisting in deal structuring.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and participating in pitches and presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and success.
• Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
