Role Overview: 
They are seeking a talented Senior Family Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in strategy, negotiation, and providing top-tier legal services in family law matters.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including matrimonial finance cases and private child law cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Conduct negotiations and develop strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in addressing all legal concerns.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Uphold professional responsibility and accountability in all aspects of legal practice.
- Utilize strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating a great sense of humor and enjoying working in family law.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organization in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Uphold the firm’s reputation by delivering a first-class service to clients.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive legal matters.
- Work efficiently and methodically, remaining composed, reassuring, and empowering under pressure.
- Exhibit self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve excellence in legal practice.

Requirements:
- 7 years plus PQE in family law.
- Experience in private family law practice.
- Strong litigation experience in matrimonial finance cases and/or private child law cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Resilient, committed, and self-motivated.
