Working for this award-winning international commercial law firm as Senior Associate, you will work within the Healthcare team to advise government bodies, private providers and insurers on a range of issues including inquests and public inquiries, best interests applications, claims for judicial review, mental health law, patient care issues, and clinical and corporate governance matters.


Salary – Up to Circa £80,000 Per Annum DOE

Location – London + Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role


Your responsibilities will include handling inquests, Court of Protection cases, advising on public law, healthcare law issues, care standards, and information governance. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare, public, and regulatory sector lawyers to unearth new opportunities and foster business growth.


You’ll need to be a qualified solicitor with experience in healthcare law, adept at inquest advocacy, team collaboration, flexibility, superior client communication whilst possessing meticulous attention to detail. A background in Court of Protection work and health and social care sector issues, alongside litigation experience, is advantageous. Ideally you will have experience holding inquests (both with and without a jury) including advocacy.
