Senior Associate - Court of Protection
Location: Southampton
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000+ D.O.E
PQE Level: 5+ PQE

I am working directly with the Partner of a leading law firm in Southampton with a strong national client base. They are in search of an experienced solicitor to join their Court of Protection team. Collaborating closely with the Personal Injury litigation team, you'll handle a full case load under the guidance of the lead partner in this diverse practice area. Known as national specialists for Court of Protection matters, our client has a solid reputation in this field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years PQE.

You will lead a team with a high level of responsibility. You'll be actively involved in business development and taking the lead on client tasks. Understanding litigation processes is crucial, as you'll collaborate with both the Personal Injury Litigation and Court of Protection teams. Furthermore, you'll support Partners in business growth, ensuring excellent client service, and handling high-value and complex cases within the Court of Protection.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in handling complex Court of Protection cases.
- Understanding litigation process alongside Court of Protection work.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Experience in business development.
