The opportunity:

We are looking to appoint at the Senior Associate level with a minimum of 4 years PQE required as an indication.

The work would be varied in nature, but you can expect a mixed caseload consisting of:
  • Providing directors’ duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties;
  • Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser;
  • Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans;
  • Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes.
