Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Senior to join our client's dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert financial guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing complex transactions for the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage due diligence engagements, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and restructuring activities.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory services.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing complex financial transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is a plus.
