With two offices across the UK, they focus their expertise across the country!
They’re offering their services nationwide, with previous projects located across the UK (Kent, Surrey, Middlesex, Slough, Windsor, London, etc.) - Due to a growing workload, they now require technical assistance in their Staffordshire office.
This practice is currently working on a variety of projects within the Residential, Healthcare, Education, Biotechnology & Laboratories, Commercial & Leisure and Heritage sectors.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and also to be a project runner.
Key to this business is being able to deliver projects better than the average expected in the industry. This is achieved through the vast amount of experience and knowledge amongst the team.
As their Senior Architectural Technologist, it is expected that you will have relevant qualifications and a passion for Architecture and the technical aspects that come with the role. Ideally, you will be Chartered (MCIAT) if not then work towards this.
AutoCAD and Revit is used in practice and having experience with both would be desirable.
The salary for this Senior Architectural Technologist position is in the region of £35,000-£45,000 this figure will of course depend on previous experience, skills and existing knowledge.
