Senior Architectural Technologist – Sevenoaks | £38,000-£50,000

Chartered Architectural Technologist looking for more leadership responsibilities? See yourself as a project runner and want to take charge of healthcare, residential and other commercial projects?  

In this Senior Architectural Technologist role, you’ll work with a diverse team in Sevenoaks. You’ll join a team with a blend of youth and experience to support your progression and enjoy your work.

You’ll enjoy a varied portfolio of healthcare, residential, and commercial projects. This should give you exposure to a mixed set of challenges and develop your technical skills as a Senior Architectural Technologist. The long-term goal is for you to lead projects and manage small technical teams to deliver projects.

  • You’ll work on technical challenges for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects – delivering technical drawings from RIBA stages 1-4.
  • You’ll use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce 2D and 3D drawing packages.
  • Keeping up to date with current building regulations is important, so you’ll need to stay on top of the latest industry changes.
  • Collaboration is part of this company’s culture, so you’ll be working closely with your architectural teammates.
  • You’ll develop your leadership skills to manage a small team and deliver technical work.
